New vintage and retro fabric Jane Foster quilts

Am spending all day today listening to my favourite music whilst cutting and washing fabrics for three quilts. It's my idea of heaven! The sun is shining and it's wonderful to have the time (and a large floor space) to do this. (My daughter is at the beach collecting 5 shells for me!)

Bright vivid cushions for Spring

I love bright colours for Spring - these are the cushions I've made to brighten up the living room - will soon be adding more to my site.

The 60s Kandya sideboard in the background was a recent ebay find - we now have three as we love them! This one had plain brown doors but we luckily had two original painted ones from another Kandya cupboard in the same range that fitted perfectly. The other two sideboards came from Brighton Boot Fair years ago.

70s collages by Jane Foster

I did these collages a few weeks ago using a mixture of 70s wallpapers and fabric. I'm still trying to work out if I like them enough to carry on doing more or not - a bit of a departure from my screen printing - I love playing with colours!

50s fabric fix - Jane Foster

Every now and then I have to have a 50s fabric fix - here are some fabrics that I'm about to make cushions out of. I'm also going to tidy my studio as it's chaotic! Am including a 'before' photo and will later add the 'after' ones, so I hope you notice the difference!
