Bjorn Wiinblad pictures

I've always been a huge fan of the Danish artist and ceramic designer Bjorn Wiinblad. I was lucky to find these two framed pictures by him (obviously prints) at a local Jumble Sale last weekend. They're from the 60s. The vase and poster by him I've had for years now.

I'm a big Bjorn Wiinblad fan too...have numerous items of his around my home. Nice to hear of another fan though I'm sure there loads of us!

I, too, have been a fan of Winblaud my whole life - thanks to my parents. When the Galleria (shopping center) in Houston, Texas was built, Neiman-Marcus had a tearoom that was decorated with handpainted tiles by Mr. Winblaud. We drove down from Austin (3 1/2 hours) just to have tea there and see the tiles and vases. It is still there today and just as magnificent.

Thank you for sharing these.
I just love them.
