A few months ago I was advised by several contemporary galleries to drastically increase my prices as I was told I was far too cheap for the gallery market. I found this very difficult to do as I like my work to appeal to the public in general, not just the expensive gallery market. After much consideration, I've now gone back to my old prices. I feel in hind sight that I was ill advised. Jane

Fantastic! I think it's much better to make your work accessible to people than try and meet the gallery's expectations. This is great news!
