Match boxes and books by Jane Foster

I used to be obsessed with making miniature books that were small enough to fit into match boxes that I decorated. I'm sure I got the idea from having visited the Bronte's house where they wrote miniature books. I have around fifty and here are a few of them . Some were filled with violin compositions and others with my artwork or photos etc..

Truly amazingly beautiful. There is something about something being miniature that makes it all the more precious.
